The fabric: a matte satin collar with mesh lace Jabot.  This design can be bought with or without the bow tie.  
The bow tie is in an elastic band, with /velcro closure in the back. The collar also closes in the back with velcro.

XS: Neck = 8-9.5”

Frenchie / Pug: Neck = 14-15”
